Maine Breast Cancer Coalition will have a table there. We hope you will stop by!
Last week, Rosemarie (Ro) LeGasse, the Maine Breast Cancer Coalition's dedicated Support Service Fund program assistant, and Ro's uncle, Gene Moreau, had the pleasure of meeting long-term donor Darlene Gleba in Rockland.
Every year since 2011, Darlene and her husband John have been major donors to the Support Service Fund through fundraising at their annual Gleba Open golf tournaments. Click here to read about the 2019 tournament.
All of us at Maine Breast Cancer Coalition are so appreciative of the Gleba's generosity!

In recognition of “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” this past October, Hannaford supermarkets throughout Maine made it easy for their customers to help Maine residents with unmet breast cancer or breast health-related needs.
For the sixth consecutive year, during October, Maine Hannaford customers were able to donate $2 or $5 at the register of their local stores, raising $7,478.94 for the Maine Breast Cancer Coalition!
Earlier this year, Hannaford Supermarkets donated $2,500 worth of food cards to
the Maine Breast Cancer Coalition. These are being awarded to qualified Support
Service Fund applicants who need support for living expenses and nutrition while
in breast cancer treatment.
Maine Breast Cancer Coalition is grateful to
Hannaford Supermarkets for their support and to all the generous shoppers who made
donations. These donations will make a difference in the lives of Maine residents
in need.
